Good at first, but overall not thrilled.

I've had this scale for 3 years (black equivalent). The first few months it did a decent job and I was happy with it. However, after that it's steadily gone downhill. On average I have to stand on it at least 4 times before I get a repeat weight. I have had to stand on it 10 times on more than one occasion to get a consistent number. It's also fairly cheaply made. I hesitate to step on it for fear of breaking it, and I'm of average weight. I've only had to change the battery once, which is a plus.

Short Battery Life

The scale works fine and appears to be accurate in that it is with consistent with itself. It takes a 3v wafer battery, however, and with daily weigh-ins, it lasts less than 2 weeks.
